By accessing or using SellSync, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate the registered business.

Subscription & Payments

• SellSync operates on paid subscription tiers.
• Premium mobile app access is available under the ₦5,000 subscription plan.
• Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before billing date.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account confidentiality
• Use the platform lawfully
• Avoid fraudulent or illegal activities

Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineer the platform
• Introduce malicious code
• Engage in unlawful commerce
• Interfere with platform operations

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in SellSync software, branding, algorithms, and analytics systems remain exclusively owned by the Company.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

Service Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SellSync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user within the preceding 30 days.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellSync against claims arising from misuse of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or non-payment.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
